Although it will be sad not to have White Plaza and The Claw over the best months of the year (summer!), Stanford did a really good job finishing Old Union in a quick turnaround, and I believe them when they say White Plaza will be finished in time for the Class of 2012. This sounds really exciting, and I can't wait to see some schematics of where, exactly, they plan on putting this "park" and bicycle lanes!

They built an entire football stadium in a summer -- White Plaza will be a piece of cake. And I bet it'll be a huge improvement and complement the Old Union really well. Great call.

Good idea. White Plaza is one of the uglier places on campus.

You all have absolutely NO idea what you are talking about.

Sometimes I think Stanford has so much money that they literally have to think up projects to do. White Plaza is fine as it is!!!
