Most of the AMERICAN Internet pharmacies will take a valid prescription signed by a doctor and fill your prescription, but they don't offer online doctors to write the prescription and then fill the order. The doctor would have to have a license to practice medicine in all of the states that the pharmacy was dealing with: criminal case against the doctor and the pharmacy. You can only practice medicine in the state or states that grants you a license. The pharmacy should have requested a copy of the doctor's licenses to practice medicine before the doctor became an agent for the pharmacy.

I hope that the case sets a precedent that will prevent similar tragedies from occurring under similar conditions. These online pharmacies must be regulated with a keener eye.
