This tends to support the contention adinistrators, faculty and staff are all due a raise!

what a bad, ambiguous title. "Tuition rises over inflation" upon first glance means that tuition rises because of inflation. It sure does, but that's not the point of the article. The article talks about how tuition rises faster than the rate of inflation.
