NEWS| Students campaigning for gender-neutral housing scored a victory yesterday, when Student Housing and Residential Education announced a pilot program for gender-blind housing in the coming fall quarter.

SPORTS| Stanford has one more giant to topple before it can claim its third national championship. The No. 2 Cardinal will face the No. 1-seeded Tennessee Lady Vols at 5:30 p.m. PST in Tampa tonight as it tries to cap off its magical run through the NCAA Tournament.

Card gets two wins on road

SPORTS| The offensive output slowed down, as it inevitably would. After averaging almost 17 goals per game over their last three matches, the Stanford women’s water polo team had 13 and eight in their two games this weekend. But the Cardinal defense came up big to help the team defeat both Cal State-Northridge and No. 3 USC, securing another SoCal sweep and extending the team’s current win streak to a season-high eight games.
